Orzeł Biały publishes financial results for the first half of 2016
- Orzeł Biały, Poland`s largest company specialising in the recycling of end-of-life lead-acid batteries and accumulators, generated revenues of PLN 241.1 million in the first half of 2016, -2% year-on-year.
- EBITDA (operating profit before depreciation and amortisation) and the pre-tax profit amounted to PLN 12.6 million and PLN 6.1 million, respectively, in the first half of 2016.

- Orzeł Biały, Poland`s largest company specialising in the recycling of end-of-life lead-acid batteries and accumulators, earned in first quarter revenues at 114.9 million PLN against 121.1 million PLN in first quarter 2015
- EBITDA (operating profit before depreciation and amortisation) in first quarter was 6.5 million PLN while the net profit was PLN 2.6 million as against 0.4 million a year ago.
- The lead sales volume in first quarter 2016 was 14.6 kT.
