The Management Board of Orzeł Biały S.A. headquartered in Bytom announces that on 19 March, 2009 it filed an appeal against the Decision of the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection UOKiK against the merger of Orzeł Biały S.A. and Baterpol Sp. z o.o.
Orzeł Biały S.A. has been entered into the Polish Register of Cleaner Production and Sustainable Enterprise 2008.
