The Management Board of Orzeł Biały S.A. (“The Issuer”, “The Company”) hereby announces that on December 12, 2019, The Supervisory Board of the Company adopted resolution pursuant to which Mr Sławomir Czeszak, a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company, was delegated to temporary act as a Member of The Management Board of the Company and entrusted him function of the Vice President of the Management Board with immediate effect for a joint term no longer than three months.
According to the submitted statement, the newly appointed Member of the Management Board do not conduct activities competitive to Orzeł Biały S.A. as well do not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil law partnership, general partnership or as a member of the competitive body of a capital company or a member of the body of any competitive legal entity.
The newly appointed Members of the Management Board is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the National Court Register Act.
