A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, majoring in Finance and Banking. In addition, he completed a list of subjects in the accounting track at this university. He holds a securities broker licence and has passed two exams in the CFA programme.
He gained professional experience as a participant in management training at Bank Millennium, then as a stock analyst at Millennium Dom Maklerski, PTE PZU and AIG PTE. From 2008 to 2010, he worked as an equity portfolio manager at PTE PZU. At the end of 2010, he became director of the Equity Product Management Team at Skarbiec TFI. He spent 2012 at Erste Securities Polska as Director of the Analysis Department. In February 2013, he became a Member of the Management Board and Director of the Asset Management Office at Forum TFI. Between 2014 and 2018, he ran his own consulting company, Cresco Sp. z o.o.
He has over a decade of experience working on supervisory boards. He is currently the Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Audit Committee at AC S.A., and sits on the Supervisory Boards of Develia S.A., Mo-Bruk S.A., Remak-Energomontaż S.A., Tauron Polska Energia S.A. and Onde S.A. He is a member of the Audit Committees at Develia S.A., Remak-Energomontaż S.A. and Tauron Polska Energia S.A. Additionally, he is a member of the Strategy Committee at Tauron Polska Energia S.A.
Historically, he has served on the supervisory boards of the following companies: EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A., Biazet S.A., Herkules S.A., AB Kauno Tiltai, Libet S.A., Nowa Gala S.A. and Trakcja S.A. He served as a member of the Audit Committee at EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A., Nowa Gala S.A., Trakcja S.A. and Libet S.A. He was the Chairman of the Audit Committee at Herkules S.A.
