A graduate of the Silesian Medical Academy specialising in General Surgery and Urology. Participant of numerous health care courses and trainings. Mr Mielniczuk started his professional career at the Provincial Specialist Hospital No 4 in Bytom. He also served as assistant at the General Surgery Clinic. In 1993 to 2011 he was a partner in a commercial and service company in the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industry. Since 1998 Mr Mielniczuk has been the Chief Doctor of the Urology Ward, and since 2010 the Head of the Urology Ward of the Provincial Specialist Hospital No 4 in Bytom.
