The Management Board of Orzeł Biały S.A. (hereinafter: “the Company”) in reference to current report No. 11/2025 dated 24/06/2025, in connection with the receipt of the Supervisory Board’s position regarding question No. 19 submitted by a Shareholder during the Annual General Meeting on 11/06/2025, hereby provides the attached answer to the aforementioned question.
