The Management Board of Orzeł Biały S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “The Company”, “The Issuer”) hereby submits enclosed the application received by the Company’s shareholder, i.e. the Open Pension Fund of Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU “Złota Jesień”, of Michał Hulbój (together with his curriculum vitae) as a candidate for the member of the Supervisory Board of Orzeł Biały S.A.
In the opinion of Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne PZU S.A. the candidate will ensure proper fulfillment of the function as an independent member of the Supervisory Board of the Company.
At the same time, the Issuer informs that it received a relevant statement of consent to stand for the election and appointment as an independent member of the Supervisory Board of Orzeł Biały S.A.
