(“The Issuer”, “The Company”), hereby announces that on December 30, 2016, pursuant to the decision of the District Court in Gliwice, 10th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, the merger of Issuer with Ekobat Orzeł Biały sp. z o.o. based in Bytom was entered into the Companies Register of the National Court Register.
