Orzeł Biały, Poland`s largest company specialising in the recycling of end-of-life lead-acid batteries and accumulators, generated revenues of PLN 383.8 million in the third quarter of 2015, up 15.2% year-on-year.
EBITDA (operating profit before depreciation and amortisation) in third quarter 2015 was 11.1 million PLN and the net profit amounted to PLN 1.9 million against PLN 2.6 million, in the third quarter of 2014.
The volume of lead manufactured and shipped in the first three quarters of 2015 amounted to 47.4 thousand tonnes (up 7.3% year-on-year).
