Orzeł Biały, Poland`s largest company specialising in the recycling of end-of-life lead-acid batteries and accumulators, generated revenues of PLN 121.1 million in the first quarter of 2015, up 20% year-on-year.
EBITDA (operating profit before depreciation and amortisation) in first quarter 2015 was 3.5 million PLN and the net profit amounted to PLN -0.4 million
The volume of lead manufactured and shipped in the first three months of 2015 amounted to 15.2 thousand tonnes (up 13% year-on-year).
