The Management Board of Orzeł Biały S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “The Company”) hereby announces that on October 15, 2019, The Company received information on resignations of Mr Pierre Mellinger, Mr John Leone and Mr Tomasz Jakub Wojtek from performing their functions in the Company’s Supervisory Board with effect as from October 15, 2019.
The reasons for the resignations have not been provided.
