Sławomir Czeszak and mr. Marek Łebkowski from performing their functions in the Company’s Supervisory Board with effect as from February 24, 2020, 9:30
Mr. Sławomir Czeszak was an Audit Comittee Member and, pursuant to the Supervisory Board resolution on 12.12.2019, was delegated to temporary act as a Member of The Management Board of the Company.
The reasons for the resignations have not been provided.
