The Management Board of Orzeł Biały S.A. (hereinafter: “the Company”, “the Issuer”) hereby announces that today, on 01.08.2025, it received a decision of the District Court in Gliwice, 10th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, pursuant to which, on July 31, 2025, amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association and the consolidated text, adopted by the Ordinary General Meeting of Orzeł Biały S.A. by resolutions No. 20 and 21 on June 11, 2025, were registered. The Issuer submitted the above-mentioned resolutions as an attachment to current report No. 9/2025 on June 11, 2025.
