The Management Board of Orzeł Biały S.A. (hereinafter: “the Company”, “the Issuer”) hereby announces that today, on 10.07.2026, it received a decision of the District Court in Gliwice, 10th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, pursuant to which, on 09.07.2026 , amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association and the consolidated text, adopted by the Ordinary General Meeting of Orzeł Biały S.A. by resolutions No. 18 and 19 on June 18, 2026, were registered. The Issuer submitted the above-mentioned resolutions as an attachment to current report No. 11/2026 on June 18, 20236.
