The Management Board of Orzeł Biały S.A. (hereinafter: “The Issuer”) hereby notifies that on 18.06.2019 it received a notification from the representative of PineBridge New Europe Partners II-A, L.P. and NEF Battery Holdings S.a.r.l. with its registered office in Luxembourg („The Shareholder’), the contents of which is provided by The Issuer provides in the attachment.
