The Management Board of Orzeł Biały S.A. (hereinafter: “Issuer”, “Company”) informs that today the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company passed a resolution on the payment of dividends from the profit for 2023.
According to the resolution of the Annual General Meeting:
- the amount allocated for dividend payment will be PLN 16,650,649.
- the value of the dividend per share is PLN 1.
- the number of shares covered by the dividend is 16,650,649.
- the day of dividend is set for July 1, 2024.
- the dividend payment date has been set for September 30, 2024.
