The Management Board of Orzeł Biały S.A. (hereinafter: the Issuer) informs that on 05.06.2025. The Issuer has received a notification from Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne PZU S.A. acting on behalf of Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU “Złota Jesień” and Dobrowolny Fundusz Emerytalny PZU that the total threshold of 15% in the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Orzeł Biały S.A. was exceeded.
