The Management Board of Orzeł Biały S.A. announces that today, i.e. on 08.12.2014, it received the Decision by the District Court Katowice – Wschód 9th Division Commerce – Register of Pledges – on deleting on 27.11.2014 a registered pledge of kPLN 15 000 on movable items of a variety of objects such as inventory stocks of materials, semi-finished and finished products and goods, located within the area of Piekary Śląskie, ul. Harcerska 23, and of Bytom, ul. Siemianowicka 98.
At the same time under the same Decision provisions, the District Court Katowice – Wschód 9th Division Commerce – Register of Pledges – entered on 27.11.2014 a registered pledge of kPLN 19 400 on movable property items as a variety of objects such as inventory stocks of materials, semi-finished products, finished products and goods, located within the area of Piekary Śląskie, ul. Harcerska 23, and of Bytom, ul. Siemianowicka 98.
The registered pledge has been established on the basis of the Overdraft Facility Agreement of kPLN 15 000 of 30.06.2011 (Current Report No. 24/2011 of 23.08.2011) as amended, and of the Guarantee Contract in the amount of kPLN 4 365 of 24.02.2014 as amended, both agreements concluded with mBank Spółka Akcyjna. The carrying value of the assets on which the afore-mentioned security has been established as recognised in the books of the Issuer as at 30.06.2014 amounts to kPLN 93 444.
The increase in the value of the registered pledge by kPLN 4 400 is due to the signing of the Annexe No. 4/14 of 30.09.2014 to the above-mentioned Guarantee Agreement.
There are no relations between the Issuer and the persons managing and supervising the Issuer and the entity in favour of which the pledge is established.
The established pledge has exceeded the equivalent of kEUR 1 000 as converted according to the average exchange rate announced by the National Bank of Poland on the pledge establishment day.
