The Management Board of Orzeł Biały SA publishes the dates for submitting periodic reports in 2026:
1. Individual and consolidated annual report for 2025 – 26.03.2026 (Thursday)
2. Consolidated report for the first quarter of 2026 – 21.05.2026 (Thursday)
3. Consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2026 – 22.09.2026 (Tuesday)
4. Consolidated report for the third quarter of 2026 – 19.11.2026 (Thursday)
At the same time, following par. 63 sec. 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of June 6, 2025, on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (hereinafter: “Regulation”), the Issuer declares that it will not submit a separate quarterly report, but will include quarterly Financial information in the consolidated quarterly report.
Following par. 63 sec. 3 of the Regulation, the Issuer will not submit a separate semi-annual report but will include in the consolidated semi-annual report a condensed semi-annual financial report along with the report of the entity authorized to audit financial statements from the review and additional information.
Following par. 83 sec. 2 of the Regulation, the Issuer will not submit the quarterly report and the consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2026 and the second quarter of 2026
