Orzeł Biały S.A. (hereinafter: „the Company”, „the Issuer”) hereby announces for public information about correction to Annual Report of Orzeł Biały S.A. and Consolidated Annual Report of Orzeł Biały Capital Group for 2019, published by the Company on 20.04.2020
Correction is related to mistakenly non-inclusion of the documents regarding to independent auditor’s reports on audit of the annual financial statement of the Company and consolidated financial statement of the Capital Group for 2019.
Aside from the above, mentioned correction does not introduce any changes in the documents constituting elements of reports and does not change the content of submitted annual reports.
The Issuer hereby inform, that in subsequent reports will include Annual Report of Orzeł Biały S.A. and Consolidated Annual Report of Orzeł Biały Capital Group for 2019 supplemented by mentioned independent auditor’s reports.
