The Management Board of Orzeł Biały S.A. (hereinafter the “Company”) announces that on 26.08.2014 the Supervisory Board of Orzeł Biały S.A., in reference to Resolution No. 27 of the Annual General Meeting of Orzeł Biały S.A. dated 30.06.2014 r., by its Resolution No. 709 / IX / 2014 established a consolidated text of the Articles of Association of the Company, the content of which is attached to this current report.
