The Management Board of Orzeł Biały S.A. (hereinafter: “The Company”, „The Issuer”) hereby notifies that today an Annex to the loan agreement between The Company and Jenox Akumulatory sp. z o.o., entity related to the main shareholder of the Company (hereinafter: „The Borrower”) was concluded. The Issuer informed about the loan agreement in current report no. 24/2020 of 16.12.2020.
The subject of the Annex is to determine the terms of early repayment of the loan. The Issuer and The Borrower agreed, that the loan will be reimbursed by 19.03.2021. Previous term of the repayment based on the loan agreement was determined on 16.12.2023
