The Management Board of Orzeł Biały S.A. (hereinafter the “Company”), with reference to Current Report No. 1/2026 dated January 26, 2026, hereby announces that it has decided to change the publication date of the separate and consolidated annual report for 2025 and has set a new date of April 14, 2026.
