The Management Board of Orzeł Biały S.A. (hereinafter: “The Company”) hereby notifies that on 27.06.2019 the Ordinary General Meeting adopted a resolution under which Mr Konrad Sznajder was appointed a Member of the Supervisory Board of the current term of office.
According to the submitted statement, the newly appointed Member of the Supervisory Board conducts activities competitive to Orzeł Biały S.A.’s as well as participates in a competitive company as a partner in a civil law partnership, general partnership or as a member of the competitive body of a capital company or a member of the body of any competitive legal entity.
The newly appointed Member of the Supervisory Board is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the National Court Register Act.
