In regards to 4.7 DPSN 2021, The Management Board of Orzeł Biały S.A. (“The Company”) hereby announces that on 23.02.2024, the Supervisory Board considered and gave positive opinions on all matters to be the subject of resolutions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company.
