The Management Board of Orzeł Biały S.A. („The Company”) publishes a list of shareholders holding at least 5% of the total number of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of The Company which was held on 05/09/2019:
1) NEF Battery Holdings S.a.r.l.
The number of votes attached to the shares held at the Extraordinary General Meeting: 10.082.388, which entitle to 95.80% of votes at this Meeting, and constitutes 60.55% in the total number of votes in the Company.
2) Open Pension Fund PZU “ZŁOTA JESIEŃ”
The number of votes attached to the shares held at the Extraordinary General Meeting: 2.161.000, which entitle to 17.03% of votes at this Meeting, and constitutes 12.98% in the total number of votes in the Company.
