The Management Board of Orzeł Biały S.A. (‘The Company’) announces that the Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting on 29th May 2015 amended, pursuant to Resolution No. 18, the Company’s Articles of Association by repealing and rewording the existing Articles of Association of the Company. The Company submits in the attachment the existing and the new Articles of Association of the Company together with the statement of amendments made.
