The Management Board of Orzeł Biały S.A. (Company) hereby announces that on 25.01.2018 the Extraordinary General Meeting adopted Resolution No 3, pursuant to which it appointed a new member of the Supervisory Board being Mr John Leone for the 10th term of office.
According to the submitted declarations, the appointed Supervisory Board Member does not conduct any activities that would be competitive in relation to the activities of Orzeł Biały SA, he is not a partner in competitive civil-law or personal companies and partnerships, he is not a member of the authorities or governing bodies of competitive companies and corporations or a member of the governing bodies of any other competing legal entities, and he is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors as maintained pursuant to the National Court Register Act, either. The CV of the new Supervisory Board Member of the 10th term is submitted by the Management Board of the Company in attachment.
