The Management Board of Orzeł Biały S.A. (hereinafter: “the Company”) informs that on 23.08.2024 The Company has received a Statement of Resignation from the position of Vice President of the Management Board and Member of the Management Board of the Company by Mr. Ireneusz Staniewski, effective as of the date of the statement.
The reasons for the resignation were not stated.

§ 5.4 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
