The Management Board of Orzeł Biały S.A. (hereinafter: the Company) informs that on 19.02.2024 the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company adopted a resolution by virtue of which Mr. Karol Zacharkiewicz was dismissed from the position of Member of the Supervisory Board of Orzeł Biały S.A. of the current term, effective 19.02.2024.
As the reason for the dismissal of the Member of the Supervisory Board, the Shareholder, in the request to convene the Extraordinary General Meeting, indicated that the proposed changes in the composition of the Supervisory Board are in the interest of the Company and are postulated in order to introduce the best standards in corporate governance.
