The Management Board of Orzeł Biały SA publishes the dates for submitting periodic reports in 2023:
1. Individual and consolidated annual report for 2022 – April 20, 2023(Thursday)
2. Consolidated report for the first quarter of 2023 – May 18, 2023 (Thursday)
3. Consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2023 -September 14, 2023 (Thursday)
4. Consolidated report for the third quarter of 2023 – November 16, 2023 (Thursday)
At the same time, in accordance with par. 62 sec. 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018, on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757) (hereinafter: “Regulation”), the Issuer declares that it will not submit a separate quarterly report, but will include quarterly Financial information in the consolidated quarterly report.
In accordance with par. 62 sec. 3 of the Regulation, the Issuer will not submit a separate semi-annual report but will include in the consolidated semi-annual report a condensed semi-annual financial report along with the report of the entity authorized to audit financial statements from the review and additional information.
In accordance with par. 79 sec. 2 of the Regulation, the Issuer will not submit the quarterly report and the consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2023 and the second quarter of 2023.
