The Management Board of Orzeł Biały SA (hereinafter: the Company), with reference to the current report No. 13/2022 of 12/05/2022, hereby informs that today the Company received the candidacy of Mr. Michał Mielniczuk for the Member of the Supervisory Board of Orzeł Biały SA. The candidature was submitted for consideration as part of the agenda of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company convened on June 15, 2022.
Mr. Michał Mielniczuk is a member of the Supervisory Board of the current term of office.
Mr. Michał Mielniczuk consented to the candidacy and performance of the function of a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company. According to the submitted declarations, Mr. Michał Mielniczuk does not conduct any activity competitive to the company Orzeł Biały SA, and does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership, partnership, or capital company, is not a member of a body of any competitive legal person and is not entered in the Register of Debtors Insolvent, conducted pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
Moreover, Mr. Michał Mielniczuk declared that he meets the independence criteria referred to in the Code of Best Practice for WSE Listed Companies 2021.
