The Management Board of Orzeł Biały S.A. („The Company”) publishes a list of shareholders holding at least 5% of the total number of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of The Company which was held on 20.01.2022:
1) ZAP Sznajder Batterien S.A.
The number of votes attached to the shares held at the Ordinary General Meeting: 12 343 456, which entitle to 81.79% of votes at this Meeting, and constitutes 74.13% of the total number of votes in the Company.
2) Open Pension Fund PZU “ZŁOTA JESIEŃ”
The number of votes attached to the shares held at the Ordinary General Meeting: 2 497 509, which entitle to 16.55%votes at this Meeting, and constitute 14.99% of the total number of votes in The Company.
