The Management Board of Orzeł Biały S.A. (“the Issuer”, “the Company”) hereby informs that on 03.01.2022 the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a resolution by which it appointed Mr. Ireneusz Staniewski to the Management Board of the Company for the current term of office and entrusted him with the position of Vice-President of the Management Board – Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Ireneusz Staniewski does not conduct any activity competitive to the Company, he is not a partner in any competitive civil law companies, partnerships or capital companies, he is not a member of competitive bodies of legal persons, and he is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
The education, qualifications and positions held previously, along with the career history of Mr. Ireneusz Staniewski, are provided by the Issuer in the attachment.
