The Management Board of Orzeł Biały S.A. (“The Issuer”, “The Company”) hereby announces, with reference to the current report no. 25/2020 dated on 31.12.2020, that today the Extraordinary General Meeting of the subsidiary company Centralna Pompownia „Bolko” sp. z o.o. (hereinafter: „CP Bolko”) passed a resolution in the matter of dissolution and starting of liquidation of the CP Bolko company
Dissolution and liquidation of the CP Bolko is related to the sale of an organized part of the enterprise on 31.12.2020 and the end of internal analysis of possible strategic options related to the further activities of the subsidiary, which confirmed no need for the further operation of the CP Bolko company. The Issuer informed about internal analysis in interim reports.
