The Management Board of Orzeł Biały S.A. (hereinafter: “The Company”, “The Issuer”), with reference to current reports on the appointment of Management Board members and entrusting them with functions in the Company (current report no. 49/2019 of 7.11.2019 on the appointment of mr. Konrad Sznajder as a President of the Management Board, current report no. 5/2020 of 17.02.2020 on the appointment of mr. Tomasz Lewicki as a Vice – President of the Management Board of Commercial Affairs and current report no. 11/2020 of 24.02.2020 on the appointment of mr. Sławomir Czeszak as a Vice – President of the Management Board) hereby informs that today, the Supervisory Board of The Company adopted resolutions on change of the functions currently performed by the members of the Management Board.
Pursuant to the resolutions, from 01.02.2021:
– Mr. Konrad Sznajder will perform the function of President of the Management Board (heretofore: President of the Management Board – Director General),
– Mr. Sławomir Czeszak will perform the function of Vice – President of the Management Board – Director General
– Mr. Tomasz Lewicki will perform the function of Vice – President of the Management Board – Deputy Director General
