The Management Board of Orzeł Biały S.A. (“The Issuer”, “The Company”) hereby announces that on February 17, 2020, The Supervisory Board of the Company adopted resolution under which Mr Tomasz Lewicki, was appointed to a Member of the Management Board of the Company of the current term and entrusted him funtion of the Vice – President of the Management Board for Commercial Affairs.
According to the submitted statement, the newly appointed Vice – President of the Management Board does not conduct activities competitive to Orzeł Biały S.A. as well does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil law partnership, general partnership or as a member of the competitive body of a capital company or a member of the body of any competitive legal entity.
The newly appointed Vice – President of the Management Board is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the National Court Register Act.
