The Management Board of Orzeł Biały S.A. (hereinafter: “The Company”, “The Issuer”) hereby announces that today, i.e. on 27.12.2019, it received the Decision of the District Court in Gliwice, 10th Commercial Department of the National Court Register, of 19.12.2019, under which the amendments to The Company’s Articles of Association and the consolidated text were registered as adopted by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Orzeł Biały SA by resolutions Nos 8, 9 and 10 on November 05, 2019. The Issuer submitted resolutions in attachment to the Current Report No 44/2019 on 05.11.2019.
The contents of amendments to The Company’s Articles of Association registered in the National Court Register and the consolidated text of The Company’s Articles of Association are submitted by The Issuer in attachements.
