The Management Board of Orzeł Biały S.A. (“Company”) announces that on December 04, 2019, the Company received from mr. Mikołaj Wierzbicki, a letter of resignation from the position of Member of the Management Board, with the effect from January 31, 2020.
The reasons of the resignation has not been indicated.
