The Management Board of Orzeł Biały S.A. (hereinafter referred to as „The Company”) hereby gives notice that on November 25, 2019 it received from Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne PZU S.A. acting on behalf of the PZU “Złota Jesień” Open Pension Fund (hereinafter: “OFE PZU”) a notification that as a result of the conclusion on November 21, 2019 of purchase transactions of 5,536 shares of Orzeł Biały S.A. After the transaction settlement on November 25, 2019 OFE PZU increased its share held so far amounting to over 10% of the total number of votes by at least 2% of the total number of votes, thus reaching the threshold of 13.23% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of The Company.
