(hereinafter referred to as „The Company”) hereby announces that on October 15, 2019 The Company received information from the Supervisory Board Member, Mr Konrad Sznajder, on his resignation as from October 15, 2019 from the function of a Supervisory Board Member of Orzeł Biały S.A.
The reasons for the resignation have not been provided.
