The Management Board of Orzeł Biały S.A. (hereinafter: “The Company”, “The Issuer”) hereby notifies that on 19.06.2019 it received from NEF Battery Holdings S.a.r.l. as a person closely related to a person discharging managerial responsibilities in The Company, notifications about transactions with The Company’s shares held by NEF Battery Holdings S.a.r.l.
