The Management Board of Orzeł Biały S.A. (“The Issuer”, “The Company”) hereby announces that on 13.06.2019 the Supervisory Board of The Company adopted resolutions pursuant to which:
1) it appointed Mr Michał Janosz to perform the function of the Management Board Member of The Company with effect of 14.06.2019 for the current term of office,
2) it appointed Mr Mikołaj Wierzbicki to perform the function of the Management Board Member of The Company with effect of 14.06.2019 for the current term of office.
The newly appointed Management Board Members referred to above do not perform any other activities outside The Issuer’s enterprise and thus they do not perform any other activities that would be competitive in relation to the activity performed in The Issuer’s enterprise. In addition, they do not participate in competing companies as partners in civil law partnerships, limited partnerships, limited liability companies or in competitive legal entities, as members of their bodies.
The newly appointed Management Board Members are not entered in the Insolvent Debtors Register kept pursuant to the National Court Register Act.
