The Management Board of Orzeł Biały S.A. (hereinafter: „The “Issuer”) hereby announces that on 12.06.2019 it received a letter from the proxy of PineBridge New Europe Partners II-A, LP, Intertrust Corp Services (Cayman) Ltd, being the only shareholder of NEF Battery Holdings S.a.r.l. based in Luxembourg (the majority shareholder of The Issuer) about having acquired the information about submission of an application to the President of UOKiK (Polish Anti-Trust Authority) by Elemental Holding SA regarding the takeover of control over NEF Battery Holdings S.à.r.l.
