The Management Board of Orzeł Biały S.A. (“The Issuer”) hereby announces for public notice the deadlines for submitting interim reports in 2018.
At the same time, in line with MFR SE art. 83 para. 1, The Issuer declares that it will not submit a separate quarterly report and it will instead post in the consolidated quarterly report a quarterly financial information. In accordance with MFR SE art. 83 para. 3, The Issuer will not submit a separate semi-annual report and it will instead post in the consolidated semi-annual report a semi-annual financial abridged statement along with the auditor’s report and abridged Notes. In accordance with MFR SE art. 101 para. 2, The Issuer will not submit a separate quarterly and consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter 2017 and second quarter 2018.
