The Management Board of Orzeł Biały S.A. (“The Company”) announces that on 5.12.2017 the Company was notified by Mr Geza Szephalmi of his resignation as the incumbent Member of the Supervisory Board from 31.12.2017.
Moreover, Mr. Geza Szephalmi announced the resignation from the function of a Member of the Audit Committee of Orzeł Biały S.A from 5.12.2017.
The reason for resigning from supervisory functions in the Company there were personal reasons.
