(‘The Company’) hereby announces that on 7th January 2014, The Company received an information from Mr. Tomasz Jakub Wojtaszek, Vice-Chairman of The Management Board of Orzeł Biały S.A., about his resignation from the previously performed function of the Member of Orzeł Biały S.A. as of 7th January 2014. The resignation is connected with submission the candidacy of Mr. Tomasz Jakub Wojtaszek as a Member of the Supervisory Board of Orzeł Biały S.A.
