The Management Board of Orzeł Biały S.A (“The Company”) hereby announces that on 2.03.2017 the EGM of Orzeł Biały S.A. by virtue of the resolution no 4 amended Art. 5 of the Company’s Articles of Association and by virtue of the Resolution No 5 established the single harmonised text of the Company’s Articles of Association. The contents of the amended provisions in the current version and that amended by the Management Board is provided below, the content of the single harmonised text is attached to this current report.
