(the “Company”) announces that on 15.01.2014 the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders appointed to the Supervisory Board with effect from 01.15.2014 Mr. Zbigniew Rybakiewicz and Mr. Tomasz Jakub Wojtaszek, entrusting them functions of members the Supervisory Board of Orzeł Biały S.A.
Information on the appointed member of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Zbigniew Rybakiewicz:
Mr. Zbigniew Rybakiewicz is a graduate of the School of Economics in Warsaw with a specialization in finance and banking, doctor of economic sciences. He has many years experience at work in management and supervisory bodies, including Eurofinance Consulting companies, Ferman, Ferrex, Global Business Center and ECG. He is a member of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Non-Ferrous Metals. In the period 2003-2013 he managed Orzeł Biały SA as President of the Management Board – General Director.
Mr. Zbigniew Rybakiewicz does not conduct any activities competitive towards the Company, does not participate in a competitive company, as a partner in a civil partnership or as a member of the body of a company, does not participate in any other competitive legal person as a member of its governing body and is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the National Court Register Act.

Mr. Tomasz Jakub Wojtaszek is a graduate of the School of Economics in Warsaw with specialization in finance and banking. He has many years of experience in the financial sector, focusing on equity investments, mergers and acquisitions. Specialized knowledge and skills gained while working, among others, in Andersen and PineBridge Investments. In the period 2008-2014 he was a Vice President of the Management Board of Orzeł Biały S.A.
Mr. Tomasz Jakub Wojtaszek does not conduct any activities competitive towards the Company, does not participate in a competitive company, as a partner in a civil partnership or as a member of the body of a company, does not participate in any other competitive legal person as a member of its governing body and is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the National Court Register Act.
