Number of votes attached to the shares held at the Extraordinary General Meeting: 2 148 000, which entitled to 16.36 % of votes at the meeting and is 12.90% of the total votes.

Number of votes attached to the shares held at the Extraordinary General Meeting: 900 000, which entitled to 6.85 % of votes at the meeting and is 5.41% of the total votes.
